More videos of Landon

It's getting close to Landon's 1st birthday. It is so hard to believe that our little boy is going to be 1 yrs old...where does the time go. I feel like in the past month he has really turned more into a toddler than ever. He still has 8 teethHe is talking more and trying to say what we say. In one of the videos below you can hear him saying 'duck'. He isn't walking yet, but continues to walk along the furniture and with his toys. Daddy thinks it will be another month before he is walking on his own.

We had a picnic with daddy the other day at Crown Center, over by the dental school. Landon wasn't about to get in the grass. It was so funny watching him put his hand on it and quickly take it back. Here are some pics from the picnic.



In our living room we keep a few toys in a little basket for Landon. The other day he took the toys out and got in the basket to play with his toys. It was so cute because I didn't have him do it, he thought of it all on his own.




Landon still enjoys brushing his teeth with his daddy. This time I took a little video of it.


The other day I was looking for Landon and before I knew he peeked his little head out from behind the couch. Again, this was his idea...not mine or Llon's. He squeezes himself behind our couch and crawls to the other side. Hopefully you can see him on this video.

We have been working with Landon on saying words and he has really caught on to 'duck' really fast. See if you can hear him say it.

Landon's new trick

So Landon has this new trick where when we put him down for a nap he likes to toss his pacifier out of his crib and then cry for us to come and get it. (I hate my voice in this video, but I thought Landon was cute)

Walking????

So I can't tell you how many people have asked me if Landon is walking yet...I took this little video of him. He isn't walking by himself, but he will walk with one of his toys....does that count?


This past weekend we traveled to Weston,Vermont for Llon's uncle Gary's wedding. It was just beautiful and we had the best time. It was nice just being around family and showing Landon to everyone. Here are a few pics from our trip:

After the wedding Grandma Leota came and stayed a couple of nights with us. We enjoyed her visit and of course while she was here she spoiled Landon by getting him a little lawn mower. I have to say, he loves this lawn mower. He drags it around everywhere and plays with the buttons on it. "Thanks Grandma Leota!!" Here is a picture and video of Landon playing with it.



The other day Landon was suppose to be sleeping and I heard this knocking sound coming from his bedroom. So I peeked through the door and saw this, it's hard to tell from the picture but he is pounding his hand on the wall and reaching up to grab his pictures. (Guess mom and dad weren't thinking right when we hung those pictures up...I mean it's not like I try and get my pictures down from above my bed.) :)
